Tuition rates for the Fall/Spring 2012-2013 classes are shown below. Monthly costs are shown for the number of class hours per week a family takes. To figure monthly tuition, count the total Class Hours-Per-Week for all classes (except Voice; see note below) and use the Monthly Price in that column.

Class Tuition Policies:

1. Tuition is based on class hours taken by a family. Multiple classes, either by one student or by all students in a family, are combined, when enrolled together at the same time. Changes made after initial enrollment incur a $15 Class Change Fee.  

2. Total tuition includes monthly class charges. Some classes (e.g. costuming, makeup) require materials fees, due at enrollment. Dance classes will be charged a $60 Recital Fee and all other classes will be charged a $25 Recital Fee.

3. All students are required to pay a $30 nonrefundable registration fee.

4. Families who pay for the full year or semester at enrollment receive a 5% discount on total tuition.

5. No invoices are sent for monthly payment plans. Parents should pay monthly bills by the 1st class of each month. Payments made later than 10 days after the 1st class of the month incur a $20 late-pay charge. Payments not made before the 2nd class of the month may result in removal of the student(s) from class.

6. VOICE CLASSES are offered at CATS by the voice teacher for the convenience of voice students. The teacher sets hours, prices, qualifications and requirements, including recitals and material costs. Voice classes do not combine with CATS classes for tuition hours or discounts.  

7. Applications for financial assistance may be obtained from the Registrar and submitted to the Board for consideration.  

8. Payments may be made by cash, check, VISA or MasterCard. Tuition is nonrefundable, after the 1st class has completed, unless the office is notified 30 days IN ADVANCE by parents and arrangements are approved.  

9. CATS reserves the right to change instructors or cancel a class if enrollment is insufficient. If a class is canceled, tuition is refunded.
