All ticket sales are final. There are no refunds. All tickets are revocable at any time for any reason. The resale or attempted resale of a ticket at a price higher than that appearing on the face of the ticket is grounds for seizure and cancelation without compensation. The ticket holder assumes all risk and danger incidental to the performance, whether occurring prior to, during or subsequently to, the actual performance. Tickets are purchased at risk in case of inclement weather. There are no refunds for inclement weather issues. All tickets must be paid-in-full before they will be distributed to the patron. This policy is applicable to all patrons, Season Ticket Holders, CATS administrative and artist staff, cast/crew, board members, corporations and groups.

Please visit the “Spotlight Series / Summer Series” pages or the appropriate performance page and click the “Buy Tickets Online!" button. Then, follow the instructions provided. The website contains information about our performance venue, seating maps and specific performance information. Tickets may be purchased in person at CATS Box Office beginning approximately one hour prior to the scheduled performance time, located at 1100 W. Randol Mill Rd, Arlington, TX, 76012.
Tickets cannot be exchanged after your originally scheduled performance has passed. Please call the CATS Box Office Administration between the hours of 10:00AM-6:00PM CST Monday-Friday at 817-861-2287at least 48 hours prior to your originally scheduled performance (date printed on the tickets). All exchanges are subject to seating availability at the time of the exchange & Management discretion. Tickets may only be exchanged for an alternate performance time of the same production.
If you are unable to use your tickets
All ticket sales are final. There are no refunds. In the event you are unable to use your tickets, you can either exchange them for an alternate performance time of the same production or donate your tickets back to CATS as a tax-deductible contribution.
If you are unable to attend a performance or would like to make a charitable contribution to CATS, you have the option of donating your tickets. Simply contact the CATS Box Office Administration between the hours of 10:00AM-6:00PM CST Monday-Friday at 817-861-2287 at least 48 hours prior to the performance date to convert your ticket purchase into a tax-deductible contribution. You will receive a gift receipt in the mail approximately 10 business days following the performance.
Latecomers will be seated at the earliest appropriate pause or during intermission. Please check the date and time on your tickets prior to the show and allow ample time for traffic, parking, weather and any possible delays. Please visit the restrooms before the performance begins and/or at intermission. In the event that you must leave your seat, you will not be re-seated until the next appropriate break in the performance.
In case of inclement weather
Tickets are purchased at risk in case of inclement weather. There are no refunds or exchanges of tickets due to inclement weather after the performance has taken place.
