PLACEMENT Placement
interviews and auditions for new students to CATS (for upper level dance and acting
classes) are by appointment. Please call CATS at (817) 861-CATS for information
and audition appointment. STUDENT POLICY Students should be in class on time and picked up immediately
at the conclusion of their class period. CATS is not responsible for any injuries
during or after class.
SUMMER ONLY INFORMATION
Tuition Assistance is not available for summer one week
or two week programs. Deposit is $50.00 per student per session with
balance due on or before session begins.
PAYMENT Payment is due at registration and may be made by cash, check, VISA
MasterCard, AMEX or Discover. Students withdrawing before the second class will
receive a full refund of tuition. NO REFUNDS AFTER THE SECOND CLASS. Any payment
not received within 10 days of the due date will be charged a $10 late fee. No
invoices will be sent.
TUITION
ASSISTANCE Tuition Assistance for classes (except private classes)
may be available by application through the Tuition Assistance Fund IF FUNDING IS AVAILABLE. Applications
are available at the CATS office and must be returned for review by the Board of Directors before the 1st week of class.
REGISTRATION
FEE A $30 nonrefundable registration fee
is due at registration for the first student, plus $20 for each additional student
from the same family. CLASS
CHANGES/CANCELATIONS CATS reserves the
right to change instructors or cancel a class if enrollment is insufficient. If
a class is canceled, CATS will refund tuition.
